Go from Cool to Cosy with Gas Heating

The weather is starting to cool down, even up here on the Gold Coast. While we are lucky enough to experience a very mild winter, we can experience the night chills of down to 2 degrees Celsius and sometimes lower especially if your live out in the beautiful hinterland, in areas such as Bonogin and Mudgeeraba.

A great way to make the nights and even days during the winter months of June and July warmer is to install a gas heater.

The wonderful thing with gas heating is you have more control of the heat being produced compared to a woodfire, and you also don’t have to go and collect or purchase firewood. Gas heaters are also easy to start and these days you can get some really nice decorative ones that can be installed in walls to look more like a wood fire. You can also get gas heaters for homes that can be installed in a partition wall so you can get a view from the kitchen and perhaps the living room.

Gas heating are also more economical than that of electric heating, and produces more heat to warm those cold toes on a winter’s night.

What if you don’t have gas where you live? That’s where we come in. There are 2 types of gas heating, they include LPG and Natural gas. We can come, assess and discuss what type of gas would be best suited for your situation. We can then come in and connect the gas lines from either the gas meter located on your property or LPG bottles to your new gas heater.

If you already have a gas heater and it doesn’t seem to be firing quiet right, we can also come and investigate. It is important that gas heaters are well maintained.

Have any questions in regard to gas fitting or plumbing? Why not fill out a contact form, we would be more than happy to assist you with your enquiry on how we can make your home a little more comfortable this winter.
