To ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff we are implementing a new policy to comply with the new social distancing rules and to minimise the transmission of COVID19.
Where possible we will maintain the 1.5 m distancing rule. We ask our customers to respect this requirement and do the same for us.
If you or a family member are feeling unwell or have come from overseas or over the QLD border in the last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your appointment with us to observe the quarantine/self-isolation requirements.
If we are feeling unwell, we will contact you and make other arrangements with you.
When it comes to hygiene, we will be washing our hands before and after every job and at every break and where we deem necessary.
Our tools and equipment will not be shared with other trades and will be disinfected regularly.
Our vehicle will also be wiped down regularly where high traffic areas are touched such as steering wheel, doors handles, hand breaks and gear shift.
We will now be requesting payment on completion of work via debit/credit card via our Square payment facility.
There is also a bank transfer option available for certain jobs upon request.
